I stand in front of you making unintelligible sounds and screams because I am so angry. I am ready to explode. I cannot hurt you and I cannot destroy anything that we own together because it will make you sad, so I destroy something that is mine. I destroyed a painting I just finished. I slashed the canvas to pieces. Last month, I cried when I painted that picture. It was a painting of someone I love. I do not like arguing with you. We never used to argue. We always saw and supported each other. We are best friends. Why don't you get that?

It was the most surreal view of the sky I have seen yet. It was seven in the morning as my family and I drove by the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. The jets had lined the sky with their engines. Days later my best friend and I played Tic Tac Toe with the patterns. I forgot who won that game. It does not really matter now. I always thought myself the winner, the day we called each other "friend."
